Financial wellbeing


Financial Wellbeing services help you understand your money and achieve financial stability and peace of mind. MoneyHelper is here to make your money and pension choices clearer. Here to cut through the complexity, explain what you need to do and how you can do it. Here to put you in control with free, impartial guidance that’s backed by government, and to recommend further, trusted support if you need it.

Volunteering


Helping others can really boost your wellbeing. It can help you learn news skills, make new connections, and give you a sense of purpose. You can use your 16 hours a year of paid time to support others, including using the time to donate blood. Volunteering gives you an opportunity to dedicate time to the causes you are passionate about in your community, make a difference and become a driver of positive change within society.

Learning


Life-long learning is a great way to enhance your wellbeing. It doesn’t have to mean formal qualifications (although it could!) – acquiring a new skill, trying out a new hobby, or joining a club can all be ways of learning. It can boost your self-esteem, build a sense of purpose, and help you make social connections, and learning about topics like nutrition, or picking up a new sport have other health benefits too!
