Getting started can be daunting, especially if you have health issues. Get Ireland Walking is a initiative designed to empower and support people to choose to walk more often. The HSE has also produced a variety of videos to help you get started.
If you're looking for ways JLR can help you improve your fitness, visiting our Centre for Wellbeing is a great start. We have recently hosted a Pilates course, and aim to host more programmes in the future.
