Aetna Medical Plans

A brief overview of our plans through Aetna:

  • Open access plans, no referrals required
  • Nationwide network of providers
  • Preventive Care is covered at 100% and is not subject to deductible
  • In-and Out- Of Network plan options
  • Telehealth and virtual mental well-being programs are available
  • Lifestyle and condition coaching helps members take control of their health.

Plans offer virtual care through CVS for on-demand care and online mental health services.

Prescription coverage is included as part of your medical plan.

The plans also allow employees to access discount on services such as:

  • Gym Memberships and fitness plans
  • Hearing Exams and Hearing Aids
  • Weight Management

EyeMed Vision Plan

JLRNA offers an EyeMed plan - providing eye exams, and discounts on lenses, frames, contacts and laser vision correction. The plan can cover the employee, their spouse and children.

Delta Dental Plans

JLRNA offers two different Delta Dental plans, Delta Dental PPO Plus PremierTM and DeltaCare® USA HMO .

Employee Assistance Program

Through the EAP provided by New York Life Group Benefit Solutions, you have access to counselling services including legal, financial and work-life balance assistance.  

JLRNA & Wellness Concepts

JLRNA and Wellness Concepts, Inc. have partnered to provide health and wellness programming through the Wellness Concepts Engagement Platform. This gives you access to ongoing health and wellness programs on topics like: disease prevention, mental health, sleep, stress management and more!
