Keep track of your health:
If you can't access a SISU Health Station in person, you can still complete a confidential online Health Risk Assessment. The assessment asks a series of simple questions about your health, lifestyle and wellbeing, then provides you with a personalised health score out of 100, along with tailored insights and practical guidance to help you make positive changes.
It's a quick and easy way to better understand your health and identify opportunities to support your wellbeing.
When completing the health risk assessment please use your Sisu account details if you have already made an account.
